A talk for all who want to make the most of the  vegetable garden. Dr Ferguson has worked in the USA and spent 29 years at RBG Kew, retiring as Deputy Keeper of the Herbarium and Head of the Pollen Unit. He created a new garden in Gloucestershire 15 years ago.

Learn about the flowers which were a Victorian obsession but which nearly died out after the second world war. Julie has done much to collect and preserve varieties at her nursery near Tewkesbury.
