Cycling fans are set to flock to West Oxfordshire after it was announced the OVO Energy Tour of Britain will pass through the district on the penultimate stage of the Tour on Saturday 9 September. The stage will start in Hemel Hempstead with more than 120 cyclists passing through towns and villages including Oxford, Charlbury and the Wychwoods, before continuing through the Cotswolds and eventually finishing in Cheltenham town centre.
