Spitfire Bespoke Homes are planning nine new homes in the Sands Field. During the construction stage building contractors’ vehicles will need access to the site from The Sands end of Jubilee Lane. Under H&S regulations while the site entrance and spine road are being constructed the public cannot use this entrance.
The closure duration is stated as one year but we have had it on authority from Spitfire Bespoke Homes that the total duration will be approximately eight weeks within the year period.
