Milton under Wychwood Annual Parish Meeting will be taking place at 7pm on Wednesday 1st May in the Village Hall and you are warmly invited to attend.
Last year we had a wonderful response to invitations to attend and the feedback received from the public to the new format was very positive. We will endeavour to do the same this year with an informal gathering, chaired by the Parish Council Chairman, Chris Trotman. As much time as possible will be given over to an an open forum.
As last year, we hope that representatives from organisations involved in running activities in the village will attend to share a little of what they have done in the past year; it may be an opportunity for Charities or voluntary groups to explain what their work involves and how it supports Milton residents in particular and perhaps appeal for membership and financial support; and for Milton village residents, a chance to hear what goes on behind the scenes in the village and become a little more informed, or indeed to make suggestions for projects or new initiatives and to ask questions of those groups present, including the Parish Council.
There will be light refreshments available afterwards and all ideas and agenda items for discussion will be considered. Please contact the Parish Clerk if you have any queries relating to the evening or would like anything put on the agenda.
