Prince Philip

It is with great sadness that we hear of the death of Prince Philip. This sadness, I’m sure, is shared by many who will want to remember and recognise the service of our longest serving Queen’s Consort.

During the pandemic, we cannot host and open physical books of condolences as it is not safe to do so. We would encourage those who would like to share a message to sign Buckingham Palace’s online book of condolences at https://bit.ly/3rZF8tT This will close at 5.00pm on the day of the funeral.

Outside Covid 19, we would, at this time, be working to identify suitable location for the laying of flowers, should anyone wish to do so. However, for those who wish to mark this sad occasion in some way, The Duke of Cambridge has recently launched an urgent appeal for donations to the National Emergencies Trust to help local charities and support victims in combatting the impact of the pandemic.
