The Parish Council’s finances are the responsibility of our ‘Responsible Financial Officer’ who is, in our case, our Parish Clerk. She is supported by a non-executive Finance Committee who advise the Council on all financial matters.

Our income is our Precept at £54,000/year, with other fees generating a further £2500.

We aim to carry forward sufficient reserves to meet future financial requirements both on-going, anticipated and new as outlined in our three year rolling financial forecast.

All accounts and returns are inspected by our internal auditors and the external audit and all financial administration is governed by our Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
