MARC MINUTES

As the Parish Council is the sole trustee of MARC, the minutes of MARC meetings and End of Year Accounts are shown here.

Milton Allotment and Recreation Charity, usually have four meetings a year that follow on immediately after the Parish Council meeting of that month. They occur in January, April, July and October but may be a month ealier or later depending on circumstances.

MARC END OF YEAR ACCOUNTS

January 2020 was when MARC first registered as a charity separate from the Parish Council. The Council granted MARC £2000 to set up for the year as its income is solely from rents for allotments and part of the field behind and these are collected in September. The accounts are from April 2020.
