For some years now a team of Councillors and Villagers in Milton have been preparing a Neighbourhood Plan which links in with WODC’s Local Plan. The history of the development of this Plan can be seen on our sister PC site here under the Neighbourhood Plan tabs. The team is now ready to present their Draft Plan for all to see and comment on.

This is the largest land use planning project Milton-under-Wychwood has ever undertaken. Once completed and approved as a ‘Made Plan’ by West Oxfordshire District Council, the Neighbourhood Plan for our parish will be a binding legal document alongside the District Council’s 2018 broader Local Plan 2031 that defines the future shape of our village for the next decade.
