Following the previous post on this topic (April 29th), we are pleased to announce that activities are being arranged on the green for the forthcoming Tour of Britain on September 9th. The Tour of Britain cycle race will be making it’s way through the Wychwoods somewhere around 1:20 – 1:40pm.
On Saturday 3rd June, Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman will be playing at the Wychwood Folk Club.
On Saturday 3rd of June, the Wychwood Pantry will be holding an interesting and inspiring course about how to prepare wonderful and nutritious salads.
The Wychwood Pantry Cafe and Deli in The Paddocks are holding their next supper club on Friday 12th May from 7pm to 9pm.
On Saturday May 20th, Melrose Quartet will be playing at the Wychwood Folk Club, with support from Fly Yeti Fly.
Cycling fans are set to flock to West Oxfordshire after it was announced the OVO Energy Tour of Britain will pass through the district on the penultimate stage of the Tour on Saturday 9 September.
In May Wychwood Circle welcome Mark Clavier, former vicar of Steeple Aston and now Vice Principal at a theological college in Oxford, to come and draw on the themes in his book about Rescuing the Church from Consumerism (2013).
